Certification programs
Beginning or continuing teacher education begins with our method certification programs. All certification programs include five core principles; effective communication and observation skills, verbal cues and imagery to increase productivity and motivate clients; modifications for specific body types, postural problems and conditions; theory and practice of postural analysis; and multi-layered exercises related to effective program design
Professional development and continuing education
We invite everyone to learn and use instructor certification programs without prerequisites (ie, they are not limited to certified instructors). With multiple certification workshops to choose from, our introductory and continuing education workshops can complement your current training and programming. They cover everything from the basics, sports and athletic training to rehabilitation and special populations
Become a specialist
Define yourself by becoming a specialist in your chosen field. All workshops are open to any professional instructor; however, only certified instructors who have completed eight workshops in each category are eligible for this designation. There is no time limit on the completion of components!
